WOMENS Day

I am writing today to make an announcement. Not a birth announcement, though I understand how some of you could have went there. I have been on quite a career journey in the last few years, and though I will continue to do some design I will be focusing mostly on my photojournalism career as well as diving into the world of birth photography.

Photo journalism has felt like something I have been doing since I picked up my camera. But if feels times to take it to the next level. Recently in the community groups and non profit work I have been involved in I will be developing stories and essays focused on advocating for the environment and for marginalized people. The birth photography portion of this career shift is also an exciting new endeavour for me! This fire started when I had my little Ember. My experience ignited my interest and desire to beautifully and creatively document this experience for other women and families.
